Welcome to Copy Cakes, LLC ... the one & only in NJ. We rent replicas of real cakes. We offer custom, semi-custom or predesigned cakes for any occasion. If your venue does not include a sheetcake we will be happy to negotiate a faux cake package deal with or without delivery ($.60/mile if an hour+ away & tolls). Our rentals are made from various sizes & shapes of styrofoam covered with real fondant and decorated with edible looking or authentic embellishments. After the ooh's & ahh's & photos your faux cake will be taken out of view and your guests will be served from a hidden pre-cut sheetcake we supply. Real or faux ...your guests won't know!! There are many reasons why you should rent a fake cake vs. buying a real one but getting the expensive look for less is at the top of everyone's list. With this unique service ... a jaw dropping cake doesn't have to cost you a jaw dropping price! Tiered fondant cakes, while being outrageously overpriced, aren't very tasty. Most people peel it off their serving or eat around it so ultimately it ends up in the garbage. Our service will save you $$$$ so you can put it to better use!
This is a faux cake although I used decorator frosting instead of fondant ...My client was sooo pleased with the way it turned out!
